Bazzica Engineering is the technological antenna of Bazzica Group. It is here that the suggestions of manufacturers of EPS are received and typical daily problems of production are scientifically analysed.

The research center is where personalized solutions are designed and made a reality for each Promass client and  new technology for processing polystyrene are researched. In fact, Bazzica Engineering was where the Automatic Mould Change was first conceptualised, then created and patented throughout the world. Also, the center is where new frontiers of electronic application of the productive process are explored and implemented.

With software that permits the self-diagnosis of every single component of the machine, Bazzica Engineering has designed for the control of all parameters in every phase of the work cycle. And with a program for three dimensional planning, starting with a simple drawing of the piece of polystyrene to be moulded, a dimensional design of the mould and the moulding machine can be realized.
