The natural laboratory created by Bazzica\u2019s plant has stimulated, since the early 1980s, a large design experience on machines that mold and recycle expanded materials. Thus was born the patented system for automatic mold change, which allows to reduce the average time of mold change operation from 2 hours to 5 minutes: a total revolution! That, like the development of sophisticated electronically controlled process technologies and the automation of the most important processing phases, are the reasons for the birth and rapid success of Promass in the international market of molding machines for expanded materials.
